It is this extreme adrenaline that causes the anxiety to cause panic and other stress which could result in other health complications. Many people out of anxiety have suffered from high blood pressure, heart attacks and even hysteria. This is why i must stress the negativity of anxiety.
We however have to learn to overcome this vice like any other vices we face of we are to live a stress free life. This will call for an attitude and a strong desire to be better.
This is a secret i want to share with you, "You have the power to overcome stress". It is a mind management skill that you have to learn. You have the power to create your reality and not be anxious about it.
The bible says, "Proverbs 23:7 7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he." As a man thinks in his heart so does he become. We need to think positively whatever situation we are in so that we create the positive outcomes we need in our lives. The way we think in our lives has the power to manage and avoid possible stress that would be in our lives. What we think is what we become.
The bible also says "Philippians 4:6 New International Version (NIV)
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."We also have a promise from God in his word that teaches us how to manage anxiety which we really do not need in our lives. We need to trust in the Lord for all things and lean not on our own understanding. Whatever we need he will supply according to his riches in glory.
